The blockchain anchor timestamps the record hash at the moment of certification, making any future changes detectable. The record exists on a public, decentralised ledger independently of Rinkya — verifiable by anyone, permanently.
Condition is graded on a visual S–F scale by the certifying expert. Each category has its own grading standard; what constitutes a defect on an animation cel is different from what matters on a sealed whiskey bottle or a first-edition manga.
