If you buy from Japan through Rinkya, we will authenticate one piece of artwork at no charge. Same examination, same seal, same permanent record as a paid submission. You pay only the shipping.

Who qualifies

✓ You have won an auction through Rinkya in the last 100 days
✓ You submit using the same email address as your Rinkya account
✓ The piece is artwork, in one of the categories we authenticate
✓ One free authentication per customer

What is included

✓ The full authentication: an expert answer, a condition grade, the seal, the online Certification of Authenticity record
✓ The tamper-evident hologram seal applied to your piece
✓ Your record published permanently and publicly verifiable

What is not included

• Shipping, which you pay. We quote it once we have seen the piece.
• The Advanced and Expert packages, appraisals, and the physical Certificate of Authenticity. Any of these can be added at the usual price.

How to claim it

1. Submit the piece through the form on our packages page, using your Rinkya email address.
2. Mention that you are claiming the free authentication in the description.
3. We check your account, confirm eligibility, and reply with shipping instructions. Nothing is charged before that.

Offer limited to one free authentication per customer and may be withdrawn at any time. Authentication is an expert opinion based on the evidence available at the time, and a free submission is examined to exactly the same standard as a paid one, including a verdict of inauthentic or inconclusive.
